30/30

The Camfil Farr 30/30 is now a MERV 8 for those users that demand a high efficiency pleated panel filter. Our exclusive media maintains its efficiency throughout the life of the filter. Most MERV 8 filters available today are manufactured from a charged synthetic media that will drop in efficiency in a relatively short period of time. Camfil Farr guarantees that the 30/30 will maintain its efficiency over time and will last longer than any other pleated panel filter.

Aeropleat III

The AP III pleated filter offers medium grade ASHRAE efficiency and sets the performance standard for those upgrading from lower efficiency pleats, throw-aways or pads. The Aeropleat III has a MERV 7 when evaluated per ASHRAE Standard 52.2-2007 and a MERV-A of 7 when evaluated under Appendix J of that Standard. As a stand-alone filter, the Aeropleat III will remove many of the contaminants associated with today’s indoor air quality concerns. Available in 1″, 2″ and 4″ depths, its increased media area offers an extended service life when compared to lower efficiency filters.

AP-Eleven

The Camfil Farr AP-Eleven extended surface pleated filter offers filtration for application in units that have 1″, 2″ or 4″ deep tracks for filter installation. The AP-Eleven is a MERV 11 filter when evaluated per ASHRAE Standard 52.2-1999.Using the AP-Eleven may reduce the size of the HVAC system, saving valuable mechanical area floor space. An Energy Cost Index (ECI) of five stars is the highest performance rating available. Standard pleated filters remove nuisance dusts, lint and contaminants associated with staining and are primarily designed to protect equipment and act as prefilters. As a stand alone filter, the AP-Eleven will perform these tasks and also remove sub-micron particle, defined as lung-damaging by cognizant authorities.

AP – Thirteen

The AP-Thirteen is a MERV 13 filter when evaluated per ASHRAE Standard 52.2 and meets the requirements for minimum filtration efficiency as published in LEED manuals for new or existing buildings. The AP-Thirteen may reduce the size of the HVAC system, saving valuable mechanical area floor space. It also allows upgrading of in-place systems, allowing existing units to meet LEED requirements without major equipment modification to meet the requirements. Standard pleated filters remove nuisance dusts, lint and contaminants associated with staining and are primarily designed to protect equipment and act as prefilters. As a stand alone filter, the AP-Thirteen will perform these tasks and also remove sub-micron particle, defined as lung-damaging by cognizant authorities.

The Camfil Farr Hi-Flo incorporates high lofted air laid micro fiber glass media to ensure reliable efficiency throughout the life of the filter. Equipped with a high quality filter material, with small fiber diameter and uniform lofting, it guarantees a consistent and reliable sub-micron particle capture throughout its lifetime. Synthetic micro mesh media backing ensures media protection and support in turbulent or varying airflows.

S-Flo

Extended Surface Multi-Pocket Synthetic Air Filters

The Camfil Farr S-Flo includes a unique melt-blown synthetic media that provides critical capture of particles as small as 0.3 micron. The media incorporates a uniform high loft to provide a lower resistance to airflow than comparable high efficiency air filters.

The Camfil Farr Riga-Flo provides high-efficiency ASHRAE air filtration performance in a compact, supported media design. The materials of construction preclude contaminant amplification as all components are inert with respect to supporting the growth of captured bacteria or other viable contaminants.

Riga-V

Aeropac

The Aeropac is unaffected by varying airflows or repeated start-ups and shut-downs. The media is resistant to extended periods of high humidity making the Aeropac an excellent choice for humid climates or moisture-laden conditions.

Micretain

Camfil Farr Micretain® air filters are manufactured from the highest quality components, under demanding quality control conditions, for application in critical environments where sub-micron particle capture is important. With an efficiency of 95% on 0.3 micron particles, the Micretain will capture 99% of all bacteria. The Micretain also offers a lower resistance to airflow than HEPA filters. Typical applications include medical facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronic component manufacturing, food and dairy processing facilities, and many other locations where ultra-clean air is a requirement.

5P GlidePack

The Camfil Farr 5P Glide/Pack is a dual-stage filter housing designed to hold a 2″ ASHRAE grade prefilter with a 4″ or 6″ deep high-efficiency ASHRAE grade final filter. Convenient factory assembled side-access dual-stage housing for minimum depth HVAC applications. Ideal for medical, commercial or industrial facilities. Ideal for today’s mini-pleat final filter technologies or for systems with reduced velocities.

6P GlidePack

The Camfil Farr 6P Glide/Pack is capable of multi-stage application of gaseous and particulate air filters in a compact 40″ deep housing. The industry’s only pre-manufactured 3 or 4 stage side-access filter housing. Versatile in accommodating numerous combinations of filters for the removal of particulate or gaseous contaminants. An excellent choice in applications where the future may dictate increased levels of particulate or gaseous filter efficiencies.

Type 8 Holding Frame

The Camfil Farr Type 8 holding frame has a variety of fasteners that allow the installation of various combinations of ASHRAE prefiltration and final filtration. The installation may include any combinations of the following: 1″, 2″ or 4″ deep pleated or panel filter. Any 6″ or 12″ deep rigid filter and header style rigid or pocket filters.

This time-proven component provides highly reliable analog indication of air or compatible gas pressure on a 4″, 80° scale. Gage operation is completely independent — functions normally even if power is interrupted to electrical elements of the control.
